Article 731. When a person donates something,

subject to the resolutory condition of the

donor's survival, there is a donation inter vivos.

Article 734. The donation is perfected from the

moment the donor knows of the acceptance by

the donee.

Article 737. The donor's capacity shall be

determined as of the time of the making of the
