"extralegal killings" or "enforced
disappearances" and to threats
thereof. Here, there is not much
issue that AJ's situation does not
qualify either as an actual or
threatened enforced
disappearance or extralegal
killing. AJ is not missing. Her
whereabouts are determinable.
